I am a Human-Centered Design Strategy executive with over 18 years of experience leading global B2B and B2C clients like BASF, Pfizer, Zoeits, Johnson Controls, GE, Harley Davidson, and Miller Brewing Co., I have an acute sense of brand execution combined with leading and implementing UX, and CX strategies across channels of digital experiences. With a proven track record of managing both development and creative teams as a mentor and coach I've ensured high-performance, team comradery, collaborative discussions, and customer-focused outcomes.

With a background in both creativity and development, I can understand experiential problems from a holistic sense, while also being able to discuss, document, and present complexity to senior leadership and c-level executives.

With a strong business sense, coupled with strategic problem-solving skills I have a unique ability to harness the potential of diverse teams spread across large organizations, galvanizing them into positive outcomes.

With that said, I'm also involved in the community, through blogging and evangelizing Human-Centered Design at conferences around the country. I also sit as a Co-Chair of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) UX Industrial Advisory Committee.
